Yes, to protect legal benefits of both parties, we’ll sign a contract towards every order.
We will prepare the sample for you around 5-7 days, you’ll get the free sample when you complete the target sales amount 50,000RMB within this or the next month. Otherwise, the sample cost and postage will be paid back to us.
We shall provide a rebate to you after you complete the sales amount 200,000 RMB, which shall be offset in the form of payment for goods. Special-priced and regular-priced products are both included in the total annual sales. Products priced within 200RMB/pc will be refunded 2%, products priced above 200 RMB/pc(included) will be refunded 4%, and for special-priced products will not be refunded.
Note: Sales amount only refers to the total price of the products, excluding freight cost, installation fee and taxes.
It will take us around 7days for mesh chairs (if not in stock), 15 days for leather chairs (if not in stock) to finish all the production. For customized products, the delivery date shall be subject to the time provided by us (Party B), both parties shall negotiate the delivery date in special circumstances.
